Rückblicke ~ Geburtstagsfrühling | birthday spring

Hello my dears

Und weiter geht es mit meiner Aufholjagd ;-)! Hier ein schickes Geburtstagskärtchen, für welches ich wieder einmal ein Stampin'Up Set eingesetzt habe. Die Karte ist ebenfalls schon im 2021 versendet worden.
And I continue with my race to catch up ;-)! Here's an elegant birthday card, for which I once again used a Stampin'Up set. The card was also sent out in 2021.

Aquarellblumen treffen auf schwarz und weiss | Aquarelle flowers meet black and white ~ Whimsy Stamps Treasures

Good evening everybody

Heute zeige ich Euch einmal, was beim Stempeln nur durch Gebrauch von unterschiedlich farbigem Embossingpulver für unterschiedliche Wirkungen erzielt werden können.

Today I'm going to show you what different effects can be achieved with stamping just by using differently colored embossing powder.

Ich habe die Blumen aus dem Set Sketchy Florals zweimal auf Aquarellpapier gestempelt. Einmal habe ich weisses und einmal schwarzes Embossingpulver verwende. Danach habe ich beide so ähnlich wie möglich Koloriert, um den Effekt wirklich verdeutlichen zu können. Damit beide Karten dann doch nicht ganz gleich wurden, habe ich auf einer noch die Best Friend Die und auf der anderen die Happy Large Word Die verwendet. Echt cool oder?

I stamped the flowers from the Sketchy Florals set twice onto watercolour paper. Once I used white and once black embossing powder. After that, I coloured both of them as similarly as possible to really show the effect. So that both cards didn't end up being exactly the same, I used the Best Friend Die on one and the Happy Large Word Die on the other. really cool right?

Regenbogen-Einhorn des Glücks | rainbow unicorn of luck ~ Whimsy Stamps Treasures

Good evening everybody

Einhörner bringen Glück. Regenbögen bringen Glück. Wow und was bringt die Kombination von beidem? Hoffentlich nur das Beste oder zumindest doppeltes Glück!

Unicorns bring good luck. Rainbows bring good luck. Wow and what does the combination of both bring? Hopefully only the best or at least double luck!

Für diese Karte habe ich wieder eines der süssen Einhörner aus dem Set Unicorn Wishes und den tollen Regenbogen aus FaDoodle Rainbows. Beides habe ich koloriert und ausgeschnitten. Für das Einhorn habe ich meine Alokoholmarker und für den Regenbogen meine Aquarellfarben verwendet. Dann habe ich mir mit der Stanze Grass and Cloud Edger aus Folie eine Schablone für die Wolken gestanzt. Damit konnte ich dann die tollen Wolken im Hintergrund mit Distress Ink wischen. Um die Enden des Regenbogens zu kaschieren, habe ich dann noch zwei Wolken mit den Stanzset Up in the Clouds gestanzt.

For this card I used one of the cute unicorns from the Unicorn Wishes set and the great rainbow from FaDoodle Rainbows. I coloured and cut out both. I used my alcohol markers for the unicorn and my watercolours for the rainbow. Then I cut out a template of foil for the clouds using the Grass and Cloud Edger die set. With that I was able to wipe the amazing clouds in the background with Distress Ink. To hide the ends of the rainbow, I then cut two more clouds using the Up in the Clouds die set.

Regenbogenstadt im Glück | Lucky Rainbow City ~ Whimsy Stamps Treasures

Good evening everybody

Ein Regenbogen macht immer Freude und bringt auch Glück, oder?

A rainbow always brings joy and good luck, right?

Also gibt es heute mal wieder einen tollen Regenbogen im Himmel vor der Regenbogenstadt. Für diese Karte habe ich zuerst mit dem Set FaDoodle Rainbows den Regenbogen gestempelt, koloriert und ausgeschnitten. Anschliessend habe ich die Stadt mit der Slimline City Die aus weissem Papier gestanzt und für den Hintergrund ein passendes Papier aus dem Set Glorious Sky zugeschnitten. Danach habe ich alles zusammengefügt, die "Stadt" etwas erhöht angebracht und einige Glitzerakzente gesetzt. Bei mir braucht es dann natürlich noch einen Gruss, welchen ich wieder aus dem supertollen Digiset Everyday Banner genommen habe.

So today there is again a great rainbow in the sky in front of the rainbow city. For this card, I first stamped, coloured and cut out the rainbow using the FaDoodle Rainbows set. Then I cut the city out of white paper with the Slimline City Die and cut a suitable piece of paper from the Glorious Sky set for the background. Then I put everything together, raised the "city" a bit and added some glitter accents. Of course, I also need a greeting, which I took from the super great digistamp set Everyday Banner.

Glückshutstecker | Luckhatplug ~ Whimsy Stamps Treasures

Good evening everybody

Heute zeige ich Euch ein neues Schätzchen aus der Whimsy Stamps Kollektion, verarbeitet als glücksbringende Dekoration für einen Blumen- oder Pflanzengruss.

Today I'll show you a new treasure from the Whimsy Stamps collection, used to create a lucky or luck bringing decoration for a flower or plant greeting.

Für dieses kleine Dekorationsgeschenk habe ich zuerst den coolen Shamrock Top Hat in schwarz gestempelt und anschliessend einmal spiegelverkehrt kopiert. Dann habe ich ihn koloriert und ausgeschnitten. Anschliessend habe ich mithilfe der Quirky ABC Stempel zwei Banner mit den Worten "Viel" und "Glück" gestaltet. Dann noch ein paar Bänder, etwas Heisskleber und einen Metallstab, fertig ist der persönliche, individuelle Pflanzengruss.

For this small decorative gift I first stamped the cool Shamrock Top Hat in black and then copied it once mirrored. Then I coloured it and cut it out. Afterwards I used the Quirky ABC stamps to design two banners with the words "Good" and "Luck". Then a few more ribbons, some hot glue and a metal stick, the personal, individual plant greeting is ready.
