Die Vorlage für den Body habe ich mir selber hergestellt. Ich habe dann aber noch einen Ausschnitt gemacht und mit einem andersfarbenen Papier hinterlegt. Wenn Euch die Form gefällt, dürft  Ihr diese hier downloaden:
